Ayurvedic panchakarma treatments

This is a multi day procedure to eliminate the Kapha or excess mucus. As a preparation procedure, patient is given internal medicines to melt and accumulate the toxins in upper cavity. Then the patient is given emetic medicines and decoction which enables vomiting and helps in disposing of the toxins from the body.

In this procedure the disposal of toxins happens through the bowels. During this procedure, the patient is given Ayurvedic medicines to go for a natural purgative method to clear the guts that aides in purifying the body or toxins

Janu Vasti- Herbal Knee Therapy

Pizhichil - Nerve and Spine care

Pichu is an Ayurvedic palliative treatment that is targeted to treat your body ailments. A method of padding or sponging with oil, Pichu is a rejuvenating and healing procedure in which a cloth or gauze pad soaked in warm medicated oil or medicated ghee is placed on the affected areas such as painful joints, muscle spasm or on the crown of the head as per conditions.

Upanaham is a herbal bandaging treatment used in Ayurveda to relieve localised pain, 

swelling and inflammation. In this treatment a warm herbal paste is thickly applied over the 

affected area. Herbal leaves are placed over the paste and then bandaged with cotton cloth. 

It is retained on the area as prescribed by doctor.
